Data we collect

We process the data you choose to send us: name, contact details, language, the content of your messages and, within an assignment, the information needed to carry it out. The server also keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page viewed) for a limited time for security purposes.

Purposes

This data is used only to answer your requests, prepare and carry out the assignments entrusted to us, and meet our legal obligations, including identity checks.

Sensitive data

Health data is processed only with your express consent and solely to organise the medical assistance you request. We recommend that you do not send it through the website form.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or used for advertising. With your consent, it may be shared with the providers involved in your assignment (clinics, schools, lawyers, notaries, fiduciaries, travel agencies). The website and email are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the terms of that service, operated by Meta, apply to the exchange.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts are hosted on our own server.

Retention

Messages that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within 12 months. Data relating to an assignment is kept for as long as the law requires, generally 10 years for accounting records.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to tn@tngva.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
